Bu gizlilik beyanı Fenerbahçeliler Derneği (“FeDeR”) olarak, bu internet sitesini ziyaret eden bireylerle ilgili bilgileri toplama, saklama ve kullanma şeklimizi açıklamaktadır. BU İNTERNET SİTESİNİ KULLANARAK, BU GİZLİLİK POLİTİKASINDA BELİRTİLEN BİLGİLERİN TOPLANMASINA VE KULLANILMASINA İZİN VERMİŞ SAYILIRSINIZ. AYNI ZAMANDA FEDER’İN BU GİZLİLİK POLİTİKASINI, KENDİ TAKDİRİNE BAĞLI OLARAK, ÖNCEDEN BİLDİRİMDE BULUNMAKSIZIN PERİYODİK OLARAK DEĞİŞTİREBİLECEĞİNİ, TADİL EDEBİLECEĞİNİ, İÇERİSİNE EKLEMELER VE ÇIKARMALAR YAPABİLECEĞİNİ VEYA GÜNCELLEYEBİLECEĞİNİ DE KABUL ETMİŞ SAYILIRSINIZ. Ancak; kişisel bilgilerinize her zaman, bilgilerin alındığı zamanda yürürlükte olan gizlilik politikası ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’na (“KVKK”) uygun olarak muamele edilecektir. Topladığımız bilgi türleri, bilgileri nasıl kullandığımız ve bilgileri hangi şartlar altında ifşa edilebileceği konularında tam olarak bilgi sahibi olmanız için gizlilik politikasında yaptığımız değişiklikleri bu sayfada duyurmayı amaçlamaktayız. Gizlilik politikamız ana sayfamızda yer almakta olup, aynı zamanda kişisel verilerin talep edildiği her sayfada bulunmaktadır. Bu veri toplama noktalarında, gerektiğinde, verilerin kullanım amacına ilişkin daha fazla bilgi sunulabilir.

Gizlilik taahhüdü
Gizlilik politikasında kullanılan “Kişisel Veriler” terimi, kimliğinizi belirlemek için kullanılabilecek adınız, doğum tarihiniz, e-posta adresiniz, posta adresiniz veya telefon numaranız gibi bilgiler anlamına gelmektedir. Genel olarak, kişisel verileriniz sadece bu gizlilik politikasında belirtildiği şekilde işlenecektir. Kişisel verilerin işlenmesi
FeDeR olarak, KVKK uyarınca, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla, işleme amacı ile bağlantılı, sınırlı ve ölçülü olacak şekilde talep ettiğimiz ve bizimle paylaşmış olduğunuz ve aralarında özel nitelikli kişisel veri niteliğinde bulunan verilerinizin de bulunabileceği kişisel verilerinizin, yine işlenmelerini gerektiren amaç çerçevesinde; kaydedilecek, depolanacak, muhafaza edilecek, yeniden düzenlenecek, hukuken bu kişisel verileri talep etmeye yetkili olan kurumlar ile paylaşılacak, KVKK’nın ve diğer kanunların öngördüğü koşullarda yurt içi veya yurt dışı üçüncü kişilere aktarılacak, devredilebilecek, sınıflandırılabilecek ve KVKK’da sayılan diğer şekillerde işlenebilecek olduğunu bildiririz.

FeDeR olarak kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amaçları ve hukuki sebepleri; mevzuat kapsamındaki yükümlülüklerimiz de dâhil olmak üzere tüm hukuki yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek, elektronik veya kâğıt ortamında işleme amacı doğrultusunda tüm kayıt ve belgeleri düzenlemek; mevzuat, ilgili düzenleyici kurumlar ve diğer otoritelerce öngörülen bilgi saklama, raporlama, bilgilendirme yükümlülüklerine uymak ve kanunlarda yazan diğer her türlü nedendir. Bu kapsamda şirket kurallarına ve Kanunlara ilişkin ihlallerin ve ihlal şüphelerinin incelenmesi ve bunlarla ilgili işlemlerin yürütülmesi ve bu kapsamda Şirket’in sağlamış olduğu donanım ve yazılım üzerinden ve/veya Şirket’le ilgili çalışmalar kapsamında yapılan iletişimin içeriğinin denetlenmesi de verilerinizin hukuken meşru amaçlarla işlenmesi anlamına gelmektedir.

Haklarınız
Kişisel verileri işlerken, kişisel verilerinizin toplanma amacına uygun olarak doğru ve güncel tutulmasını sağlamak için gerekli tüm adımları atıyoruz.

(a) İşlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,

(b) İşlenmişse bilgi talep etme,

(c) İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
(d) Yurt içinde / yurt dışında aktarıldığı 3. kişileri bilme,

(e) Eksik / yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme,

(f) KVKK’nın 7. maddesinde öngörülen şart çerçevesinde silinmesini / yok edilmesini isteme,
(g) Aktarıldığı 3. kişilere yukarıda sayılan (d) ve (e) bentleri uyarınca yapılan işlemlerin bildirilmesini talep etme,

(h) Münhasıran otomatik sistemler ile analiz edilmesi nedeniyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,

(i) Hukuka aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Kişisel verilerin silinmesi talepleri, uymamız gereken geçerli yasal ve etik raporlama veya belge dosyalama ya da saklama yükümlülüklerine tabi olacaktır.

Güvenlik ve gizlilik
Çevrimiçi topladığımız kişisel verilerin güvenliğini ve gizliliğini sağlamak için başka önlemlerin yanı sıra endüstri standartlarında güvenlik duvarı ve parola koruması yoluyla korunan veri ağları kullanıyoruz. Kişisel verilerin işlenmesi sırasında, bu bilgileri kaybolmaya, suiistimale, yetkisiz erişime, ifşaya, değiştirilmeye veya silinmeye karşı korumak üzere makul olarak tasarlanmış önlemler alıyoruz.

Yurt dışına veri transferi
Gerek farklı ülkelerde mukim FeDeR şirketleri tarafından işletilen gerekse üçüncü taraflarca FeDeR adına işletilen veri tabanlarına sahibiz. Verilerinizi bu kapsamda ülkenin dışındaki veri tabanlarından birine transfer edebiliriz. Bu ülkeler, kendi ülkenize kıyasla yeterli bir koruma düzeyi şart koşmayan ülkeleri içerebilir.

Çerezler ve internet etiketleri
Bu sayfaya yaptığınız ziyaretle ilgili, ziyaret ettiğiniz sayfalar, hangi internet sitesinden geldiğiniz ve yaptığınız bazı aramalar gibi bilgiler toplayıp bu bilgileri işleyebiliriz. This Privacy Statement describes the ways in which we, Fenerbahçeliler Derneği (“FEDER”), collect, hold and use information about individual persons who visit this website.
